I think this mod is awesome
I don't know if u guys saw this before but just found it on one of the websites and wanted to share it with u guys.
by the way, I am very interested in how this guy made the DVD drive out of the system.
I heard many times that DVD drive located above the GPU is the biggest mistake in 360 design becuz, not only it overheats GPU,
but also it overheats the DVD drive and DVD itself(that's why the game is so hot after playing).
Does anyone know where i can get the longer cable line for DVD drive so i can also take it out of the system?

its a bit extreme...you can tell he loves his 360 more than his GF.

probably quiet as shit.
And as for externalizing the DVD drive. It uses 2 cables
A sata cable, you can just buy one long, and the custom power cable. I know that Talismoon makes replacement power cables, and you could pick one up to mod, but you would have to lengthen each wire, wouldn't be that difficult really.

his temps are 5 to 9 c lower then mine and his is fooking ugly if you thought xcm fans were loud that must sound like a blowdryer, if you zoom in u could see that those heat sinks are dust collectors
