possible to change dvd drive?
Hi there!
is it possible to change the dvd drive in a xbox360 without the original key?
the broken one i flashed and dont have the orig.bin key anymore!

Help...

Well if you don't have the orig.bin, just dump the firmware on the drive, hopefully you have a good key on it right now.

dont think the key is ok, my friend broke the drive when he has trying to flash the drive...now it dosnt respond to nothing.

I believe that it's not that hard to get a new dvd drive.
I saw a tutorial not that long ago.
I think i saw it on youtube. Go search.
it was a dude who was about 35 yrs old.

Ok i searched youtube without luck...so is there any tutorial how to swap drives without the orig.bin key? or is my console trash stuff?

No. If you don't have the original key you are fucked hard.

Unless you for some reason have your CPU key...
