attaching a computer to a 360?
I know I could do this threw the usb ports, but what I am Intrested in is hooking up my my computer to my television with a video card and attaching the 360 to the computer, and then useing the wireless controller to controll my computer threw the 360. I have heard of software that allows you to controll a computer with a 360 wired controller, that hooks up to the usb.
So what I am asking is could I a WIRELESS controller to controll the computer if I ran it threw the 360 then to the computer and actualy have the 360 controll the computer?
And if so would this be considered an xbox mod,Would it void my warrenty?
beacuse this would open up the 360 capabilitys,I would be able to download movies and music that is on my computer to the 360 and visvirsa, and use the 360 as a dvr to record and rewind t.v..
Could any one help me out on this, any suggestions on were I could get software for the computer to make it compatable,or what I could do, all
comments are greatly appretiated,thx

Skip the 360, it isn't needed for what you want.
Just buy the wireless 360 controller dongle for your PC and add the wireless controller to Windows.
Once you've done that, find any one of the many free applications out there for Windows which will let you control the mouse and other functions with a standard controller.

As said above you don't need to go through so much hassle.
I have a wireless 360 receiver (bout $20) and it works fine.

No I don't think it is possible. I mean you could, but you would basically have to make everything yourself. Just get the wireless dongle for the computer.

Control Your PC with Your Gamepad /Joystick - Morph your game device into a mouse - Softpedia
There's hundreds of different free applications which will let you do it. Some are better than others, you just need to have a dig around Google and find one which does what you want.

Google "Xpadder" its easy to use and configure.
That is after you've got a wireless dongle OR you use the wired controller, but the wire is like 900000ft long so there's no point.
