That's not true. Majority of people wait till the game is officially released, and they verify and stealth it. Still get banned. There is NO way to avoid a ban. One person I know has only played a total of 4 different games in the last 6 months, he was very cautious and guess what, banned lol

So your saying ms can detect firmware now? If that was the case then everyone would be banned. We can only take peoples words' when they say their discs were verified.
There was a poll on a private tracker forum, only 25% of 2000 voters were banned. (As of this morning)

I know its got got a huge chance of being BS but that seems to be whats happening to people, people who have neve rplayed backups on flashed machines are being banned.

The same shit was floating around when the last ban wave came, "I have never played a backup blah blah blah" People are never going to admit if they have been playing copies.

C4eva has confirmed the xbox live checks are as normal, scanning for DMI,PFI etc. This is no different to any other wave, people have been playing shit rips and they got caught.

Dont blame you mate.
I will give you all my verdict on sunday; my friend got banned today he only has 11 games so I'm gonna run em all through ABGX and see what the culprit is, if they all come back ok then either the validated database is screwed or ms are indeed detecting firmware. If it is the latter though then why the fuck are they not banning everyone
