Just don't buy the warranty from Best Buy, you never use them and they are a rip off

Well theres a warranty you can apply for when you get your 360. Just use that...But i'm pretty sure microsoft will fix anysystem at this point if there is a flaw.

i'm new to this but i need some help. i got a 360 on day one but i had to trade in my xbox to afford it. i couldn't afford a game aswell but i didn't mind as i have a copy of half life 2 that i bought 2 weeks ago and after playing a few hours of it i decieded to keep it to play on my 360. i got the patch downloaded to disc and the game was playing fine until the water hazard level where the hover boat keeps falling through the secenry. has anyone else expierenced this and is there anything i can do.

I wonder if they somehow can fix the dvd player from scratching the disks . Does anyone knows ?

Hey, they just released a Half-Life 2 patch for Xbox 360 players a few days ago. Download that and tell me if you're still having problems.

Mine is in the FedEx truck as we speak, so will find out soon if it has any faults. Hopefully it'll be okay. I seriously doubt i'll be back on tonight to let you guys know tho, lol.

I'm pretty sure that they will fix it any time, even if out of warranty because the warranty is implied with the product, you expect it to last for more than say, 2 years
