I found that if you just keep the ball of your foot on the middle part of the bass pedal it works fine. That's how my bro taught me and he plays on expert.

Its funny because the middle of the pedal is the vunerable spot the keeps breaking.

If you play like I do, they do. Nah, do some searching, a huge majority of them have problems, this thread will fix it. Cheap fix too. Looks cool as well!

im waiting for rock band 2 because i heard the notes are off on the drumming. like u have to hit the pad like a sec before the note comes to you. talk about a pain in the ass. plus even if its more expensive, i hope the make the instruments better

The game has an in-game calibration for each instrument. It'll show a thing going across the screen and it says "hit when you see the block in the middle" so it calibrates every instrument to your eye.

Yeah, under option and "Calibrate system" you have to calibrate the game to your tv too. Whether it be LCD,CRT,SD, etc. You can also self calibrate it like I said in my earlier post. Works fine with me.

I just bought this game 2 days ago and I love it. Is there a way to switch the snare and hi-hat so your hands are crossed like on a real set? Thats the one thing thats messing me up. I'm not used to playing with my hands not crossed. Also, I have been using the doubling up method I mentioned earlier and I'll try to get video of it so you can see what I'm talking about. Its helps alot when you get used to it.
