Microsoft knew about scratching disks before release!

It's good this is getting brought up in courts. Although I seriously think MS launched the console anyway, knowing full well that any legal fees from court cases will be insignificant compared to launching prematurely and getting the market share up. Haha, but I bet they weren't counting on the RRoD to pop it's head up as well! 
So whaddya reckon, will we see another extended warranty to cover the disk drives now? Let's hope so!

I found this big, round scratch on my NBA 2k9 today I think because of my 360, good thing I still have the receipt and can exchange it..

I think that this is bad. You can't really launch a console with problems you know about  .

I know they sould of waited and fixed the problems and have a lot less hassel they have now.
