COD 5 Map Pack 1&2 not working

I downloaded both map packs but cannot access them in mulitplayer splitscreen. I have been elevated twice and MS support is still trying to figure out why. Has anyone else had this problem. I have done everything..removing and redownloading..etc..

COD isn't an arcade game, hence why you're not suppose to create threads about COD in the arcade games section, you're suppose to go to the COD section of the forum
