Microsoft Might Finally Reward Live subscribers...

Microsoft has declined to comment further on the program, but the email stated, “This is an exclusive pilot rewards program. That means that the people who get in get stuff. Cool stuff.”
Interestingly, Wedbush Morgan analyst Michael Pachter recently predicted that Xbox Live subscriptions could split into several tiers, allowing certain members to receive DLC discounts and other rewards. So maybe this rewards pilot is just the beginning of some big shakeups for Xbox Live. We’re willing to bet Microsoft will have some interesting Xbox Live announcements at next years E3.

I think my friend got one of these emails. There's also a link to an article about the Xbox Live subscription costs potentially being raised to $100 a year on that site  .

They will pi$$ alot of people off if they raise the cost of live - I think it's expensive enough as it is
