Yes I am using ICS atm. Sorry if this is a stupid question, but whats bridging? If you could hook me up to a link for a tutorial on how to do it, would much appreticated.

i have a netgear: WGT624
Hardware Version V3
Firmware Version V4.2.11_1.0.1
tried all of the ways to open the NAT but it still stays 'strict'
any other options? maybe someone could PM me some help?

I cover how to get that router working on my site here:-
XBox Live The Guide : Help and advice plus Xbox games news, chat and more
Scroll down until you find the model name of the router and follow the instructions on which firmware to use, after that it will work fine.

Hi there I am trying to change my NAT from Moderate to Open and I dont know how. I have a ASUS WL520G router. Can anyone help? The guide on the first page of this thread lost me!

You have to open certain ports
53 - UDP
88 - UDP
3074 - TCP/UDP

it's way to difficult to open nat for some routers, eg. belkin. So im happy with moderate, may take a while but you get used to it. I have already tried port opening and uPnP and all that, without luck, ive come to accept that im a failure.
