xbox live marketplace not working

yo, its me again.
yup you guessed it i got more problems that microsofts crappy customer service didnt solve. i have a good wireless connection to xbox live. but when i try and download a free demo it just says demo or stays at 1% downloaded. i have absolutely no idea how to fix it. it says status code:80070570 if that helps. please help

It means that the content is not available. So for whatever reason the demo is down now. What was it?

Edit: Reading some info on other boards about this, apparently if this happens it means they haven't fully uploaded the content and it's usually up and running within a day or so. Hope that helps

it was a deadrising demo, then i tried blacksite and it stayed at 1% for 15 mins b4 i gave up. i also tryed to download a halo 3 clip, stayed at 1% permanently.

If it's more than one item then I'm not sure. Unfortunately my system is being repaired or I'd try it out for you.
