thats dumb to say that the xbox sents out voltages, so when i play rock band, and use my wireless adapter im gonna get banned from using my 360's power?
hah plus i have the xcm fans installed like lethal...no you will NOT be banned for hardware mods. firmware mods get you banned seeing that you tamper with the system and will use it to most likely play your 'backed up games'

Microsoft only bans consoles that run illegal copied games. It doesn't check the firmware it only checks to see if the game is an illegal copy.

OMG are u serious buy another xbox cmon man if i did that this would b my 6th xbox including an elite still got the rrod i tried 2 limit myself 1 hour of playtime which sucks i should b able 2 play as long as i want and now trying 2 ban ppl for modded fans OMG i have at least 42 games no backups (by da way) and 3 xbox 360's no flash drives and if i get banned so help me microsoft i will devote all my attention 2 have dis issue put on blast its not our fault THEIR equipment doesn't last ive put 3000$ in their pockets not counting the games ive bought over AND OVER,my 5th xbox cmon if dat don't show loyalty what do microsoft want a BJ if i get banned im selling EVERYTHING AND BUYING A PS3 (ps. if u flash ur drive and put it over xbox live n get banned u walked right into dat one)
