Private Chat Problems!!!

Hello. I have recently bought Xbox live and it has worked perfectly fine for a month. The last few days i have started to have a few problems. I struggled to enter games that people from my friends list were in and they could not enter my games. Eventually this problem subsided and it only happens occasionally now. I have not been able to hold a private chat since thursday night. Every time i send an invite it doesnt work and when i recieve an invite it goes to channel 1 like normal but then 1 second later exits back to the game channel. Please help me because i really dont know how to make it work again. Thanks

I think ur nat is the same as mine it strict if somone can help me out that would be great ive been asking all day but no help.

Open your NAT in your router, there is a 'pinned' thread in these forums saying 'How to open your NAT', look there, that'll fix it if that's the problem.

Or else, make sure your firewall setting is 'low', could be giving a few restrictions.

Well then you are intellectually challenged, it can't be any simpler!

Go to your router Homepage and do it through that, or else open these ports:

• UDP 88
• UDP 3074
• TCP 3074

but the problem is it dont follow what i actually have got for the first bit summary i dotn have that !

well if it says joining chat when you try to accept someones invite but doesnt join it, its your nat settings, try the 'how to open nat' stickie

It's definately your nat setting. There are a few ways you can open it.
1.Turn on upnp
2.Turn on DMZ
3.Forward your ports
