NAT settings for live

I have a netgear router, WGR614, but i dont have the suggested firmware version that live supports. I can connect to live but my Nat settings are set to strict. i have entered the ports required but the NAT still is strict. i think i need the firmware version but i cant find it. i have looked every where

but i cant find it. Anyone kno where i can get the download or any other advice? plz help me!!!!!!!!
