Xbox Live Account Help

Hey,

I am having trouble with my Xbox Live Account. I cannot do several, yet important, things:

1. Accept Friend Requests
2. Download Mature rated game demos
3. Download anything that cost Microsoft points
4. Change my family settings

Each time I try one of these things, I get a response saying to change my Family Settings. When I do try and change them, through my Xbox it says "Can't connect to Xbox Live" and through the computer "Page is unavailable." The odd thing is that I am connected to Xbox Live, in that I can play games. Just when I try to do one of these things I get an error message.

I previously tried calling Microsoft support, and the person said something about age limits. I then tried to access my family settings to change this, and got the error messages once again. It is an endless loop.

Any help or suggestions????!!!!!!
