Most of them CAN be trusted. You can trust that they will sell your account information, give your e-mail address to spammers and potentially circulate your password around those who might have a desire to have a compromised password.
I mean you seriously have to think about this for about 3 seconds. What benefit to them is there for you visiting their site and filling out a useless survey? Certainly not enough monetarily to pay for all of these MS Points that they claim to give away. But to get a bunch of information about a bunch of people and then turn around and sell THAT to others.....well now that makes sense.
