Update failed

Hi there,

I'm asking this on behalve of my son.

He bought the Fifa09 and when he inserted the CD, he get a message saying: "There is an update available. When he wants to update there is (after downloading) a message "Update failed". Even when he is sign in to Live, the same procedure is following.

The XBOX is well connected to my router wireless (Linksys). All the settings I did trie. Also I connected the XBOX wired to my modem (Experiabox) with Firewall off and even portforwarding and so on.

I am out of my possibilities.

Is there anyone who do have suggestions?

It is an legel XBOX and only legal games and so on......

I did the suggestions, but it won't change my situation:
When I do the network connection it stops at Live with the remark of an update.
After Download in Progress is says:
"Update failed" "Can't download the update............"
