Exclamation Can you connect to live using a USB cable???
I ran into some problems with the cable company and so i'm forced to connect directly to my modem from the xbox. Doing that cripples my use of the modem other than my xbox, could I buy a splitter; route one to my computer and one to my xbox?

You don't want a splitter...you want a router. Get a router, hook that to your cable modem. That usually gives you 4 more network ports for other devices. You can plug your computer into 1, your Xbox into the other and still have 2 more available.

Ya, you just need a router. On of the popular ones is the Linksys WRT54G models.
