cod4 cheats on 360

Well I have been cheated a couple times already and I am tired of it.
I was on overgrown and kept getting sniped no matter where I was at.I finally watched the kill cam and it showed a sky view looking down and everyone running around and getting sniped.
I don;t know how he got in the sky to do this,has this hapened to anyone?
I have some spots I like to hide but I feel it is not cheating,what can you do to cheaters?Can you contact xbox live with it?I can record it if it happens again so I'll have proof of it,I just don;t like playing with people who do this

no there is a way to get up there through a little simple glitch.
its not cheating in any sense. the creators put it in there for a reason.

well this use to happen loads on some maps on cod on the pc but normally from under the map rather then above,but iv never seen it on the xbox, but if it is there and some are using it then yes its cheating as far as im concerned the glitch is not meant to be there im sure

I haven't ran into that before, don't think you can cheat in cod4....doubt the guy was in the sky too....it was probably the heli

There's the same glitch/cheat on Crossfire and Countdown which I have tried. You can run on top of all the buildings, outside the map and in the sky.

This is on Old School mode only though.

It's not there for a reason, it's an accident. It's a Glitch, meaning that it's not supposed to happen, but someone found out how to do it and the developers will probably release a patch to fix it eventually. ANd yes, glitching is cheating.
